5. PURCHASE PROCEDURE

To start the purchase process, the User must complete the User Registration once only. Once completed, a password will be assigned.

From that moment on, the User’s details will be registered and they will be able to make new purchases simply by identifying themselves.

Once registered, the User must complete the order form. The User will add to their shopping cart as many items as they wish. Next, they will validate these steps and will be asked for the shipping address and the desired payment method.

6. DELIVERY: SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES (TERRITORIAL SCOPE)

Once the purchase process indicated in the previous point has been correctly completed and the product purchase has been made, if it is in stock, it will be delivered to the address provided by the user. Shipping time will depend on the postal service. Hacienda Ortigosa ships directly from the olive mill, guaranteeing the best price and the best quality. If, at the time of delivery, the User is absent, the logistics operator contracted for the area in question will attempt to contact the User to arrange a new delivery.

If there has been any error attributable to Hacienda Ortigosa in making the shipment or the product is defective, Hacienda Ortigosa will replace such products at no charge and as soon as the user notifies it of this circumstance by sending an email to trujal@haciendaortigosa.com
